It was amazing!

It was magnificent

My stay was phenomenal.

Room was nice but very tired for 5* Beach was nice and the sun deck on the beach.

Swimming pools were filthy breakfast poor no choice of pastries no bread available tables shabby not even a tablecloth. Encountered a member of staff who was very rude to my partner complaining we hadn’t told him we were there for him to give us towels for sunbed and he would get in trouble from managers. Told him it was his job to approach us and offere towels. Also he spoke Gambian to my partner which I thought was very rude as I couldn’t understand him.

Everything especially the front desk staff,waitstaff and security team. Khadijah,saruba and Alisa were so professional and diligent when making sure every visitor is checked on their business in being there. They make the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Also the waitstaff person Ellen who always pays special attention to detail. That makes guests feel at home. She's a true professional at what she does every day. Please give all your staff a bonus because they work hard and dedicated everyday.

I didn't like the constant internet fails which I'm sure was out the the staff control because with these people if it were under their control the internet would work flawlessly. I also didn't like leaving the staff because they feel like my extended family.

The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly expecially Usman who served us tasty omelette. Amadou who is a backroom staff, worked tirelessly to make our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, they didn't provide any African or specifically, Gambia delicate essen for break. They had no facilities for disabled persons but are willing to give a hand.

The space is clean and staff great.

Policy restrictions on using cameras is such a no no for me. It was such a minus for me

This property was once elegant---but the rooms are very ordinary---more like a 2 star at best. The ambience, pools, setting are great---food is good---service fast and friendly. Internet is horrible. Thinking it is just the country---and if that is the best the country has???
