The staff were lovely and very helpful, the chef provided a variety of meals that were exceptionally presented and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a getaway in this beautiful part of the world.

Best staff in Vanuatu! Service was awesome and was certainly miles ahead of anything else you will experience in Vanuatu. Very helpful with tours, advice and drivers. Our departing flight was cancelled due to bad weather and the owner picked us up from the airport and looked after us for another night without any issues. Food was great too!

Wifi was limited in rooms but OK in common areas.

Staff and owner great. Kitchen does very well for a smaller resort. Could not fault a meal! Food and beverages reasonable price. Pool is a nice cool temp (soooo nice on hot day) Nice view of the ocean and aore island. Can walk into town but taxi only 200vt. I will return!

I must say I feel very controversial about this place. It looks beautiful, the pool, the garden, the rooms. The staff is super nice and the girls from the restaurant and bar are just amazing. Very clean. Delicious food

BUT for the price that you pay it’s ridiculous what some parts of the service provided is. The wifi big issue. It says free Wi-Fi, but it does not work at all. Forget about getting reception in your room. Even in the common area it barley works, don’t even think you can sit here and work on your laptop impossible. Until I told them to please get me some credit to top up my phone, the manager only told me well that’s how it is. No trying of finding solution. Which is insane for the price you pay per night. Regarding the breakfast, it’s also a joke. For a continental breakfast which basically is cornflakes with milk or yogurt, bread with jam and peanut butter. I mean no fruits no nothing which is again insane if you look at what you pay, and what the breakfast is in lodges where you pay 1/5 per night. The value for what you get is so out of proportion. Which is quiet upsetting because it could be a amazing place. I payed for some laundry to get done, the price is ok 1,200 vat per basket. But even after 30h I kept asking for it, it came back humid and all clothing smelled bad and some of the items had clearly big stains of detergent on it. Few white items didn’t looked proper cleaned. Whenever I searched for someone at the reception there is no one, and the staff from the bar is left alone needing to take care of things that are clearly not their tasks. Which makes it difficult getting things booked or getting info from the reception. The massage is not worth for the price, it feels like she didn’t learned proper how to give massages and feels like a rip of for 5.000 vat. Which is sad, got very excited about them offering massages because I was definitely in need of one. The food is expensive but super tasty
