"Morning shower a disappointment and not refreshing without soap"

Breakfast, comfortable bed

No hand soap shampoo, or shower gel in room. Tv remote would not turn tv on or off or adjust volume. Called front desk as instructed on screen but they did not send new remote nor did they contact us back as promised. Also, one key never worked and the other took several tries.
