The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were awesome. Shower and bath tub! The AC was nice and cold.

You have to book online. You cannot book a room at the front desk even if you’re standing right there with the staff on their computer. The staff at some of the restaurants were not very hospitable.

A great place to stay if you don’t want to be in crowded Tumon. We did stay here because we still didn’t have power after Typhoon Sinlaku and really needed to charge our batteries. Room was decent and comfortable enough for a one night stay for locals.

It was unfortunate that lots of restaurants were closed (which I’m sure had to do with the typhoon) however, the Lago Cafe was mid tier but the service did make up for it! Our room didn’t have cable or internet and when we called the front desk personnel was very unhelpful and also didn’t explain to us what was happening. We obviously survived without it but it was a big reason why we booked a hotel. Just didn’t appreciate how rude the front desk sounded when we called.

The room and bathroom look amazing. The amenities, however, were not enough for four guests and were of a cheap kind. I suggest bringing your own.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working for the rest of our stay. The hotel should have tried to accommodate the guests with something. I saw small roaches crawling outside of the ice machine, so I ended up not getting ice. They need to maintain the place with pest control. The inside looks well-maintained; however, some parts of the outside need a lot of renovations.

Everything was great!

Early closing of everything and the waterside for my son was closed. I didnt know till I got there. I stay there all the time for the waterslide.
