"Great all inclusive resort"

We really enjoyed the tranquility and the atmosphere around the hotel. The staff were great. Welcoming and giving great service with patience and smile. They were so kind to our kid and gave us good feeling. The food was delicious and had many options for everyone to find something to eat. We were upgraded to a suite whice made our stay even better and we hope to visit again.

The room was generally clean, but had many flies and mosquitoes which we had to fight. The kids area only open for babysitting services and the playground needed maintenance so we didn't have a lot of playing area to play with our kid. We hope they will creat a kids room for young kids to play with their parents.

Séjour au top, je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! Le buffet propose beaucoup de choix avec des produits de qualité. La piscine est superbe et il y a des activités toute la journée, ce qui permet de ne jamais s’ennuyer. Le personnel est vraiment formidable, avec une mention spéciale pour les animateurs : toujours présents, souriants et attentionnés sans jamais être trop insistants. Je leur souhaite plein de belles choses pour leurs projets à venir ! Les spectacles du soir sont d’une grande qualité, j’ai été agréablement surprise par leur niveau. C’était magnifique, bravo à toute l’équipe pour le travail réalisé. Je reviendrai, c’est certain !
