Además de un buen precio de la estancia,todo ha sido al alcance,playa,piscina ,spa,buffet ,personal profesional amable siempre agradable y sonriendo.Nos hemos sentido seguro y cuidados ,atención discreta y muy buena información durante la estancia.

No me gustó el comportamiento de algunos clientes que hablan muy alto y sueltan a los niños por todos los rincones del restaurante mientras la gente come

Gostamos de tudo, desde atendimento, instalações, comida, não temos pontos negativos, só positivo. Aconselhamos quem quiser ter paz que é aí Vila Galé Isla Canela. Todas as manhãs só o som dos pássaros a cantar, é maravilhoso. A cama era enorme super confortável. Pertinho da praia . As vistas maravilhosas

6 anos depois, voltamos! Agora ao Vila Galé. Estavamos a precisar de descansar e repor energias e foi tudo ótimo. Reencontramos os funcionários Jose e Mário (animação), Maria Luísa e Amparo (restaurante) e Jesus ( bar) que incrivelmente se lembram dos hóspedes e nos recebem como amigos em sua casa. Conhecemos o Ricardo, no bar, sorridente e expedito e todos os jovens da animação muito simpáticos e o Javier ( receção) muito acolhedor. Foram extraordinários. O Hotel é ótimo para descansar com acesso direto à praia. Um extenso areal para quem gosta de caminhar. Quartos limpos, agora mais modernos, e refeições variadas. Gostamos muito dos Snaks do Bar da Piscina, e os pequenos almoços fantásticos. O rooftop ficou lindo. Para quem quer ficar na piscina, o Jose é alegria, simpatia. Devolve-nos uma energia extraordinária e contagiante. É a alma do Hotel. O Hotel tem ainda disponível para os hóspedes produtos de qualidade, vinhos, azeite e cosméticos e spa. As filhas também aproveitaram o ginásio. Agradecemos a todos os funcionários pelas férias maravilhosas que nos proporcionaram.

De esperar um pouco pelos grelhados no restaurante. Mas, depois foi resolvido com mais um funcionário separando a grelha do peixe e da carne.
