Door code provided before visit didn't work, No luggage stands, No rack or rod to hang anything up, not even any hooks, No table or chairs under the ceiling light, No chair of any kind in the room, sat on floor to dress, No bedside lamps or lights of any kind, Remotes for items did not have batteries, Thermostat in bathroom didn't work, no knob, Thermostat in main room didn't work, Air conditioner was available but not completely installed, Soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers fell off the wall, Shower curtain too short to hang inside tub (shower rod installed too high), Bare area on floor where carpet was not installed In general, this room seemed to be still under construction and not ready to be occupied! We had previously stayed in this hotel and it was acceptable, but not this time.

Cute property and location. 3 min walk to the lake and it was so beautiful and relaxing. Enjoyed it very much.
The only thing that we didn’t like was the smoke detector kept blinking throughout the night. Nothing that we could do. Also the snow to get into our rooms was very slippery. They could’ve add some salt around the property.
