Booked a 2 bed and had to take a 1 bed with a roll out bed upon arrival .. the roll out bed was in bad shape with a torn mattress .. other than that the visit was fine

1st they take and retain a copy of your Driver License which i consider a security violation of your personel information. No encryption . no locked room. i asked and was told it was policy..if i had not been attending a funeral i would have sought alterative hotels. Very dated..floors missing pieces..double bed. room smelled of dog.
