The hotel was advertised as having a pool. When we arrived the pool was closed for renovation. Hotel manager, never returned the phone call.

Staff was great. Checked in early. Room was spacious and clean. One small hiccup was that the fire alarms went off about 5 mins after we brought our stuff into the room. Had to go outside for a while in the cold while the fire dept checked things out. Power surge caused it, but we were back in the room about 20 minutes later.

We had a great stay only down fall is we booked this hotel in advance as we were traveling with children and we were looking forward to the in door pool and the pool was closed for our stay.

Friendly staff, great accommodations! Breakfast was delicious! The room doors don’t have a soft close, so I heard slamming doors constantly throughout my stay - made it very difficult to relax.
