I thought everything and everyone were excellent.

Staff helpful and friendly. Tub not clean and toilet had problems.

Very loud, disturbing guests. Two nights kept awake. Homeless looking man staying in a car in parking lot. Another in a wheel chair lurking around room entrances with no visible transportation, loud party all night upstairs....property manager tried to handle but people were cursing, loud and rude all night. I may never stay in a hotel again.

Good value & clean. No outside disturbances.

A/c leaked in room. They did give us extra towels, when we asked. It was very hot outside.

Nice room. Clean and updated.

The location was great, the staff were super friendly and very supportive when I requested to change my initial room due to issues with the cleaning and room amenities.

The first room was dirty, lacking essential stuff like clothing hanging, no hair dryer, and feels it like a cheap room. I added some photos of the first room I got. The second room was better however, during a 5 night’s stay the room was only cleaned once. The new room also had a big stain in the bed lining which makes me wonder how the cleaning process is performed and reviewed overall. The smoke detector was blocked by a previous guest when the hotel is supposed to be smoke free. The A/C of the first room had a gap where you can see the outside and thus the room did not maintain the temperature.

Bathroom could use better cleaning behind door and around toilet, was bar of soap left in shower when we arrived
