Convenient close to Highway

No hot water front window was broken and when I asked about it, all she told me was it’s just the outer window not the inner part

Not only was the room nasty, the beds were so hard that when we laid down it felt like sleeping on wood. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night. I payed cash for the 3 nights and when I lefted the property that first night I told the lady working that I wanted a refund for the other 2 nights and she told me that I had to request a refund in the booking app. However I did and that back on March 19th and still the place had not reached out to me about my refund. Just a really poor way to run a business. Will not go back and will not recommend them ever.

No breakfast was available. Not included. Very clean and quiet. A big snowfall was occurring during my visit to the Elite Inn.

No breakfast. Even a continental breakfast would have been nice. Like the one Quality Inn has available in Plainfield Ct. I've stayed there recently

I like the bed. It was firm and comfortable. Seemed to be newer, than some motels.

The room was a non smoking room, and it smelled like smoke. The shower was hard to turn on, and worse the water would not get hit enough to get under.
