Room and the area overall look clean

Firstly, there is no kettle in the room. I had planned to take some supplements that require warm water, but I’ve had to stop for a week because I have no way of accessing it. Additionally, I was informed that guests are not allowed to take any food or drinks from the dining area. For example, I had a cookie from breakfast that I didn’t finish and wanted to take with me to avoid wasting it, but I was told very strictly that this was not permitted. I also found the policy at the swimming pool area quite frustrating, as outside snacks are not allowed and guests are expected to purchase food only from the bar. These restrictions have made my stay less comfortable than expected. I would appreciate it if you could clarify these policies or consider more flexible options for guests.
