The staff were amazing as I was with my autistic who was very anxious on arrival. The lady on reception was so helpful and put us at ease. She even put my son’s cups in the fridge because there was no fridge in the room. Truly grateful..she really is an asset to your company

Breakfast was really nice. Plenty of choice. Room was really nice. Maybe could be a bit bigger, but apart from that, it was really really lovely. Stuff was really lovely very welcoming and it was just great that I could get the deal at short notice definitely would recommend

Probably had a bit more variety of fruit and pastries and yoghurts

"A nice hotel somewhat far from Colchester"

Welcoming staff, clean and nice room. Stylish interior. Our kids' favourite was the pancake making machine during breakfast.

We were asked to pay for parking. It was a surprise to me. However, this might be the new trend when staying in a hotel ?? This place was in the middle of nowhere. It takes 15 min by car to get to Colchester. I guess this reflects in the price of the hotel.

"A total experience of hospitality"

Our stay was a total experience. Booked for the night before leaving the UK by ferry, we couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. On inbound it wasn’t available, but with a next visit we certainly will come and stay again!
