My stay was excellent!
My stay at the hotel was good, and the service was good. I found most of the staff helpful and friendly. My one disappointment was regarding the parking. I asked about there being cameras over the parking lot as something was taken from my car. Right away the man behind the desk went into a speil about corporate liability. I miss the old days when the focus was on guests; not liabilities.
It was nice and spacious for our family of 5. The sinks didn’t drain well in the master bath, but we were only there one night.
Staff were very friendly. Room and facility were very clean.
Carpet in the room needs replacing
Clean, nicely decorated space, courteous staff. Only negative was advertisement for whirlpool. Hotel has nice pool, but no whirlpool
