"We liked the location of the hotel, but the fact that they did not offer complimentary breakfast was unfortunate."

The property was conveniently located. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, but the house cleaner on our floor did not greet us or even acknowledge we were there.

The pillows were way too soft for my comfort. I don’t like hotels that do not offer a complimentary breakfast. I believe that should be the norm.
