Oak Tree Inn

For beginners the floor didn't look like it was vacuumed very much. There was splatters here and there are on the walls and headboard of the bed. Mold and scum in the showers. No plug stopper for the tub.. Other than that it was decent. Air conditioner was cold and so was the refrigerator so that was a plus. The beds were a little stiff but I actually slept better on them then I do at home, so not too bad. I had booked 2 nights and we ended up going back home after the first night. The owner was very understanding of our situation and gave us a full refund for the 2nd night. It was conveniently right off the interstate and only 7 mins from the hunting land we were up there to visit. I would stay there again if I needed to. There's a gas station and a McDonald's right next door, that was convenient as well.

Room was nasty. Human hair was all over the floor and multiple spider webs were in the bathroom. NASTY room

Very nice for the price, only thing I hated was I wanted to watch the football game and they don't have the ABC channel. And the beds wasn't the best comfort wise either. But other than that it has plenty of outdoors channels and that's always a plus.

Hole in wall hotel looks rough on outside inside room was nice looking. Bed are horrible for comfort.

Dingy place. 4 bulbs missing, they replaced 3. Remote didn't work- they replaced. No breakfast out 15 minutes after it was to start. No staff around for breakfast or checkout.

wouldn't stay there again, not worth the price paid.
