Très peu !

Propreté de la chambre. Beaucoup de poussière accumulée. Au départ, service en anglais seulement. Ce qui m'a vraiment déplu est ceci : À ma question "Parlez-vous français ?" La réponse a été sans un sourire, et sur un ton dur "I will serve you in english!!" Je suis francophone, mais m'exprime en anglais facilement.
