Quiet. Great location for what we wanted. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was expensive and not that great. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere on the second morning. The basin in the ensuite bathroom was blocked.

Good location

Bed sheets are low quality and the air conditioning didn’t function, plus the heating system in the bathroom malfunctioning making the room 28 degrees Celsius, and it smelled like septic sewage in my bathroom.

excellent value for money. The location was convenient, the hotel was very clean, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Fantástico hotelito situado en una tranquila plaza en un lugar idóneo para llegar a todas partes, al barrio más mono y moderno como Chatelain. El hotel todo nuevo y limpio, confortable y ellos muy amables, al llegar solicitamos dos camas, así como habitación tranquila y todo fue atendido. Habitación nueva, todo limpio y bien cuidado, el baño de calidad, etc. No desayuné pero puedo aventurarme a decir que seguro que estaba bien.

The location and was okay, not in a busy area but close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room it was fairly clean.

Possibly the single longest check-in process ever, not sure if they guy was new, the system is overly complicated, or if he was just slow. The lift was out, and we had to use a very narrow staircase that wouldn't allow for people to go up while someone was coming down. Poor security: no card system to unlock the lift or stairwell, my safe wasn't working. Worst is the noise of room doors and the doors to the staircase slamming, from around 8am that's all I could hear in my room. The moment the cleaners start, it just gets worse. It may have been because of the location of my room that I heard a lot of it (close to the staircase and fire escape) but even with earplugs in it woke more up multiple time during my stay. The air con in the room also made a lot of noise, again audible through my earplugs.
