Staff & service were outstanding! The grounds were beautiful and spaced out so you can relax in your own space. The buffet dinner on the beach was amazing too.

This hotel was unlike anything I have ever stayed in before- the little huts are really cool. The beds are comfortable and air conditioning is provided which is greatly needed. I would however recommend to bring some mosquito repellent as the bathrooms are outdoors. The overall hotel itself is perhaps one of the best on the island- the grounds and pool area are stunning and the breakfast is good too. There are some tiles missing on the floor of the hidden pool so go careful here, however considering the island is recovering from a major earthquake I don’t think perfect condition can be expected. Would definitely recommend!

"Ombak Villa Stay"

The people at the hotel reception were extremely unhelpful. To the point of being rude. But the waiters etc were very nice. the Villa itself was very nice.

We did a 3 week trip around Bali and some surrounding islands. Our initial booking was for 5 nights in the Traditional Lumbung Hut. On inspection it was a lot smaller than we anticipated, as the area is split with upstairs and downstairs. We asked to change to another room type which was done with no fuss and and no extra charge. We ended up extending our stay by another 2 days. It was our favourite accommodation the whole trip.

My room was old and dirty. The place is in dire need of a renovation. My bathroom door would not even close... And the AC was not good at all.

We have stayed here before and love that the staff are so friendly. The gardens are so peaceful and lush & green, the rooms are clean. The only thing we weren’t keen on is the loud music they play by the pool every day. But if you want peace and quiet you can escape to the hidden pool. It’s lovely.
