Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, Jaume y Marga en recepción un diez, una cálida bienvenida nada más llegar. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la comida estaba muy buena y mucha variedad. L@s camarer@s del restaurante siempre con una buena postura y te quitan los platos de la mesa, en el buffet de desayuno y cena, con una sonrisa! Fue la primera vez y ya estamos mirando de volver. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa!!!

The service, the food, the location, everything was top-notch!

The suite we had had some air-conditioning issues, which the maintenance tried fixing (we think), but it did not function well still, so it could get warm in the evening.

The hotel is really nice, everything was clean, the staff is super friendly with the kids, the pools are big, the food is great!

The pools are not heated, we were there in May and the water was super cold we were not able to be in the outside pool, we went to the indoor pool (it was also cold but better that the outside pool). Everything else was good!
