The staff made the stay so much better ypu have a great team

I wasnt a fan of breakfast the sausage was a little cold and there was only sugar free syrup very minor things

The breakfast was good. The front desk person was great. She was very helpful and supportive of our late arrival.

The highway was noisy. There was no view except for the parking lot and the highway.

Friendly staff, great location for my needs.

Food was warm and clean area to serve self. Lots of space to serve self and sit down to eat. It was a quite area. Staff easily available if needed.

Potatoes were watery. Not many options for a vegetarian so potatoes are an important part of the meal.

The staff was great, the pool and spa were awesome, the breakfast was amazing, the room was nice, clean and had great amenities. The tv/cable options were more than expected.

The bed was a bit more firm than I prefer and the pillows were very fluffy but deflated quickly like down.

The facility was clean and the area didn't make us uncomfortable. Our room was clean and the bedding smelled and looked very clean. We were told every room was filled, however it was not noisy and we were able to sleep well.

Check in time was 3 pm and we noted that we would arrive at 3pm. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready yet. They did not have our room ready until right before 5pm. After a long drive, this wait was excessive when we just wanted to get settled.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Also, breakfast was amazing.

It was very loud to hear all the sounds from the next room.
