"Meer verwacht van een vier ster hotel qua hygiëne"

De ligging en de faciliteiten

Bij betreden van de kamer was de tissue box leeg en lag een gebruikte tissue op de wastafel. De wc brillen waren verkleurd. De douchekop knop was kapot waardoor er geen water uit de douche kwam. We kregen ter compensatie het parkeren gratis.

Sauberkeit Ausstattung und Lage

Die sehr herablassende Hotelmanagerin, die uns den Wunsch nachAbendessen im Restaurant nicht erfüllen konnte und die fehlende Möglichkeit , den 2. Tag des Aufenthalts zu stornieren, weil ich angeblich zum Bestpreis gebucht habe, was aber nicht zutrifft, denn es wurde mir ein viel höherer Preis berechnet , für die zweite Nacht fast doppelt so hoch . Das Hotelpersonal war an arrogantem Verhalten nicht zu übertreffen.
