Clean, spacious rooms with renewed hotel facilities. Staff were amazing, extremely friendly and kind. Special thanks to Jiyan at the restaurant and Ibrahim at the beach bar for going above and beyond looking after us.

We had an accident on the platform at the beach on our last day while holding my daughter. Platform surface was very slippery from the build up moss and we fell quite hard. Fortunately there was no severe injuries but my arm and back injured and bled for quite a while and I had to visit the nurse. I think that platform next to the dock is a high health and safety hazard and must be replaced or covered to avoid the injury risk.

Perfect location, plenty choice of food and drinks. Unforgetable evening shows and nice animators.

BED BUGS!!!! We had sleepless nights because of bugs bites. I thought it was moskitos but after returning doctor said - it was bed bugs!

This hotel truly lives up to the definition of 100% all-inclusive. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly taken care of—meals, drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), snacks, room service, activities, and entertainment. There were no hidden charges or surprises, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. The variety and quality of food and drinks exceeded expectations, and the staff ensured every detail was covered. It's rare to find a place where "all-inclusive" genuinely means everything, but this hotel delivers exactly that .A special thanks to Saniye, Mustafa, and Ender for arranging a beautiful anniversary cake and helping make the celebration for our friends and family a real success—it was a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated.

I'd like to call this as a constructive feedback rather and that was the lack of staff who could communicate in English. For a hotel rated 5 stars and catering to international guests, it's essential to have handful of staffs in each department who can speak at least basic English. It made it difficult to resolve issues or ask simple questions, which affected the overall experience. Thankfully, Mr. Niyaz was incredibly helpful and the only staff member who could communicate fluently in English—huge thanks to him for his support throughout our stay.

Nothing specially good, nothing specially bad, - it was a solid hotel, I mean, there are no reasons why to avoid visiting it but in the same time I cant say it was a unique or super nice expirience. We enjoyed our stay there and everything was fine in common, but we personnaly wouldnt visit it for the second time. It was worth its money though.

1. In general it felt like we were in Russia and not in Turkey, hotel staff always started conversations in russian, russian music everywhere and so on. Cannot say I liked that. 2. the beds had some kind of rubber covering under the sheets and although I understand the reasons for this, it was quite uncomfortable as the body felt the rubber and sweated more than usual. 3. We got a room 2235 which balcony went out to another hotel were Russian music played non stop from 9am till 10pm without a break and it was very loud, even if you close everything you still could hear it in the room.
