Ездим в этот отель не в первый раз. Ездим не в сезон, потому что не любим толпу и жару. И это так прекрасно! Даже в не сезон тут можно поплавать в бассейнах, потусить в аквапарке, полюбоваться красивой территорией. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Мы обязательно приедем ещё раз!

Хороший отель,сервис на высшем уровне,отличное обслуживание на всей тероитории,очень любезный,приветливый персонал,регулярная уборка номеров.большая ухоженная территория,бассейн с подогревом на открытом воздухе. В ресторанах хороший выбор блюд,импортный алкоголь. Хотелось бы отметить официантов Адема и Санию, они проявляли особое внимание гостям, а также - guest relation Анну.

Необходимо контроль за детьми, играющими в футбол,прятки,катающимися на самокатах по вечерам в лобби баре. Это создает напряжение отдыхающим и нарушает безопасность

We had a comfortable stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, hotel has excellent kids club which is designed for the different ages so our 4 year old kid enjoy a lot, Also the food was very various in all meals and good taste

Housekeeping staff is not really willing to work, 2 days our room was not cleaned due to the busy check in and out

Шикарная территория.

Уборка,приходилось каждый день просить убраться и пополнить бар. За 4 дня из уборки это только заправить кровать. Очень мало средств гигиены в ванной. На двоих 1 маленький гель для душа

Все було чудово!. Їжа дуже смачна і різноманітна. Персонал миттєво реагуєна прохання та зауваження. . Отель дуже чистий. Окреме дякую бармену за смачні напої та атмосферу свята

Дуже багато росіян, потрібно попереджати завчасно.
