Sheraton Zhongshan Hotel

This is our second time to stay at Sheraton Zhong Shan. We met concierge Dave Lin and Jacky, They provided excellent service and greeted us proactively. Also, we met Front Desk Jennifer, she knows what we need and provided efficient service. I am sure that we will come back again and hope we can meet them again.

the chinese meat bun (cha shiu bao) taste poor the chicken sausage supposed to have qq taste but the one i had is very soft taste

the staff at the front desk should hand over our id after finish check in instead they put it into the key envelope and it end up that i return the whole envelope to them the next morning and they did not check it and i left and i found i lost my id upon i check in at the next hotel it reminded me i left my id at this hotel when i check out. they did called and email me but i forget to check it out. i admitted this is part of my problem but the hotel staff can do it better, they should make sure they hand over the id personally to the client instead of put it into the key envelope.

THE MATRESS IS LESS OF COMFORT MAYBE IS TOO LONG TIME OLD TO USE IF COMPARE WITH HILTON HAMPTON BED ,ITS QUITE POOR.

On the whole, the room is very clean and without smell of cigarette smoke. The cleanliness of this hotel is the Sheraton standard. Breakfast buffet was better than I expected, lots of choices, both western and Chinese food . The only problem we have was when we were checking in, we were given a not yet finished cleanup room. So, we need to move to another room. We are a group of 10, and upon the day we need to check out, we need to the extension, and the hotel was generous enough to accommodate this week.

房間大堂整體乾淨清潔，停車服務員都很有禮貌，唯獨是早餐餐廳安排有點混亂，不是服務員的問題是整體客人管理上出現混亂 希望下次服務員可以為客人安排座位

This hotel very makes me feel like at home the moment I step into the hotel. Concierge Jacky Quan give me a warm welcome and the front desk staff checks me in efficiently! Room is big n nice. The club level breakfast is excellent and with a river view ! I m a Marriott titanium member. I always stay at this hotel when I visit !

Breakfast ok. Prefer more lical cantonese food as we had noticed the majority of guests are Chinese. The location being close to the tourist old town and Chi River is a big plus.

Overall very good hotel .4.5 stars

I really like the location easy to shopping and restaurants. Hotel room is very spacious and looking out the park and river view day and night are beautiful. Customer services are very friendly and helpful, especially staffs Jennifer Li and Jacky Quan are very friendly and helpful while I stayed in the hotel.
