Our room keys wouldn’t work, and this was apparently something regular, since the hostess told us upon check-in that she would help us get into our room if the key didn’t work.
CHSolid hotel to stay an overnight close to Houston airport. The room and bathroom was spacious and the beds were ok.
The hotel employed a young man at the reception, the young man was nice but not apt to be a host. Hotel shuttle was late, despite the young man saying it would be on time. Breakfast was subpar, nobody there to help out, felt like hotel is saving money on staff on guests experience expense.
PRUSNo ice machines nor vending machines nor washer and dryers on 2/3 floors. Just level 1 has ice/washer. I was double charged, so check your bank statement. I waited about 30/45 min to get a room.

I didn’t like that my reservation was cancelled even when I had called early in the day to confirm late check in. I don’t like that I had my young toddler with me and asked for water and the young man at the front desk referred me to go outside to the gas station when there was a perfectly fine machine that served water in the dining room but it was”closed” so I couldn’t get any. An by closed I mean the lights were off. My baby was in the room sleeping and I couldn’t leave her alone to run to the gas station in the middle of the night for WATER. For something I should’ve been able to get for free. I’m sorry but you don’t deny anyone water. I had to get ice and let it melt so i could have water
