Staff, service, location was great. Water, tea and coffee bar was very appreciated. Lobby is beautiful. Really liked heated bathroom floor.

Room a bit small with no rack to place suitcase. Maybe look into better pillows and comforter was a bit thin so we asked for another one but that's just preference. Overall, very minor suggestions.

Very cozy hotel in a great location. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and well designed. Staff were very warm and helpful. The free coffee station in the lobby was a nice perk and it was nice to have multiple places to hang out, even though the hotel is on the smaller side. Valet parking was easy — I would be excited to stay here again!

There was a little bit of street noise, but that is to be expected in a city center location!

Lag für uns sehr günstig, das Personal war sehr nett und ausgezeichneter Frühstücksplatz gleich in der Nähe. Gratis Wasser sowie Kaffee und Ter ist auch positiv aufgefallen
