"Beautiful House with Old world charm,"

Beautiful hotel & setting. Friendly staff, delicious food, nice bar. Safe parking. Spotlessly clean & nicely decorated. Room warm

Room was tiny ! Maybe because it’s an old restored house they had to work with the rooms they had but the double room we had would be more suitable for a single bed

Location. Breakfast.

Room was tired. Bed not comfortable. The slot for the key that worked/turned on lights electric didnt work. Phoned reception but it didnt get looked into so I couldn't use the kettle, the TV and the only light I had all night was the bathroom light. When I arrived, the receptionist couldn't login to the booking system do I had to wait 45 minutes until the manager could attend. I missed my xmas pre booked meal (although they did offer to give it me but by this time my group had eaten).

"Great stay in a cosy and comfortable room"

Cosy and comfortable room. Plenty of heating. Great bathroom, good quality towels and toiletries. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking.

Would like a larger hot selection at breakfast such as Eggs Benedict. The pastries were not replenished when they ran out.
