Our room did not have a working shower, we tried the front desk and were told to lift a lever but it didn’t work. It’s a shame, the place was nice

"Unfriendly staff and housekeepers"

I gotta say that my room had roaches in the sink. All the housekeepers are not friendly at all. Everything is broken. Faucets and tub handle came right off.rust stains all over the floor. Not a good experience. Housekeepers do not have people skills. That's what I look for wherever I stay. Blankets didn't smell clean.

The key cards take a bit of work to register at the door, but after a key switch out with the friendly front desk, that problem was resolved. Standard clean room and clean beds. My kids enjoyed there. Noise level by other patrons at night were a bit loud, but wasn’t for a long while. The property itself was nice and close to a lot of shopping area. Great stay for visiting family . Heat was nice throughout the night. Overall was all that we needed. Recommend again to anyone visiting Reedley!
