Very relaxing stay here. The pool staff were amazing and so welcoming

Everything was lovely and if I had to nit pick it would be that there was only 1 socket in the kitchen

Location

It didn't feel clean. There's dirt on all the corners of the rooms and dirt on the skiing boards and in the bathroom.

Location is good but not for the faint heart as there is a bit of a hill so would depend on yourself. Supermarket 2 mins away. 5 mins walk to the maim strip. Our cleaner was an older male and he was really nice and pleasant. Check was easy but there wasn't any chance of checking in before 2pm. Pool isn't heated but again that's preference. Pool bar is nice and food was good.

What i didn't like was always reconnecting to the wifi every time you left, there was no remote in the room as it was an extra charge to use the TV, there was no hairdryer again an extra charge and no iron and it also was an extra charge. None of these extra charges are visible we paid €20 for the iron without an ironing board but could keep it for the week and got €5 back. Safe was the same. I wouldn't pay for the hairdryer as I could buy one at that price or cheaper. They even had cushions for some of the sunbeds at an extra cost. And you can't charge anything in the lobby like Scooters for disability without paying for it. In saying all this now that I am aware I will go back and stay as overall our experience was pleasant.

This is a beautiful complex but the interior needs updating

It was so clean the staff were very helpful

Because of the rain the tiles outside the apartments were quite slippery it was nothing that could of been helped by staff
