Access to the spa and wellness center is not permitted to children under 15. Children between the ages of 15 and 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. CHILDREN UNDER 15, ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, MAY ACCESS THE WELLNESS CENTER AND OUTDOOR HOTTIME ONLY ON SATURDAY EVENINGS FROM 8:30 PM TO 11:30 PM. Parking is unattended and subject to availability. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. The wellness center is open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. It is open until 11:30 PM on Fridays. The wellness center is open only on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and on holidays. It is open in specific 3-hour slots, which must be booked before arrival. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that if a time slot is not reserved by the guest, it will be assigned by the property based on availability. Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Sicuramente la posizione. Purtroppo non posso scrivere nient’altro perché avendo un bambino al seguito non abbiamo potuto usufruire della spa come già sapevamo al momento della prenotazione

La pulizia, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato il lavandino sporco dí dentifricio e il bicchiere sporco di dentifricio. Il giorno dopo, pur avendo rifatto i letti, il dentifricio era ancora lì. Quindi pulizia veramente pessima, per di più avevo bagnato uno dei due bicchieri messi a disposizione sul lavandino proprio per vedere se sarebbe stato cambiato, invece è stato solo svuotato e capovolto, quindi ritrovato al rientro in camera ancora umido e con la macchia di dentifricio.

Poco, davvero poco. Forse i due bagni all’interno della camera; per il resto, ha deluso le aspettative

Poco pulita. Camera calda finché si sono accorti dovessero sbloccare l’aria condizionata dalla hall; parcheggio confuso, colazione da dimenticare. Al check in, nessuna informazione, nè orari nè altro…da rivedere, per altri, perché difficilmente torneremo
