Access to the spa and wellness center is not permitted to children under 15. Children between the ages of 15 and 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. CHILDREN UNDER 15, ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT, MAY ACCESS THE WELLNESS CENTER AND OUTDOOR HOTTIME ONLY ON SATURDAY EVENINGS FROM 8:30 PM TO 11:30 PM. Parking is unattended and subject to availability. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. The wellness center is open daily from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. It is open until 11:30 PM on Fridays. The wellness center is open only on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and on holidays. It is open in specific 3-hour slots, which must be booked before arrival. All requests are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that if a time slot is not reserved by the guest, it will be assigned by the property based on availability. Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Arredamento in hall , molto particolare stile vintage, anche la spa bella ma super affollata, colazione prevalentemente dolce di buona qualità e varia. Posizione in pueno centro di Fiuggi.

Spa molto affollata nonostante ci fossero dei turni, personale un po scontroso, pulizia delle camere da rivedere

la colazione è stata abbondante e con molte e svariate cose, il personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Purtroppo nella Spa non c'era molto posto, era troppo piena e quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire dei lettini vicino le vasche e nell'area relax . Siamo dovuti uscire nella piscina esterna e ci siamo raffreddati, visto il periodo. verso fine turno abbiamo usufruito di 15 minuti della piscina interna.

Personale gentile, posizione perfetta, stanza accogliente (compreso il bagno, con una bella doccia spaziosa), spa di dimensioni adatte al numero di ospiti presenti (considerando un giorno infrasettimanale), buoni prodotti per la colazione.

Aggiungerei solo qualche coccola in più per il cliente, come qualche tisana in più affianco al bollitore in camera (c'erano solo due bustine di tè classico) o un phon più potente. Inoltre mi è capitato di trovare non del tutto puliti una delle tazze in camera e uno dei bicchieri per la colazione, quindi consiglierei di prestare un pochino più di attenzione a questo. Ma si tratta di piccoli dettagli che non hanno compromesso la bella esperienza!
