"A memorable stay in a very unique hotel with great staff."

The staff were amazing and so helpful. My luggage was lost at the airport and they were able to provide me with some emergency items and also help with getting back to Milan to pick up my suitcase the next day. The hotel is clean and has all the little extras that make the stay memorable, as well as great breakfast. I will definitely return.

The lighting outside was a little bit poor on arrival, so it was difficult to work out where to go.

River, service very friendly, beautiful place, swimming pool, wellness were top!

Very, very bad Wi-Fi! Breakfast until 9:30 is not a standard, especially not for a Wellness Hotel, as the restaurant for dinner opened at 7:30 PM so that you will have very late dinner, and this was the only one good restaurant near the hotel, when you go out for dinner, will be even later, you will not so hungry in the morning, so I think 9:30 is not acceptable for such a hotel!
