All the facilities are very old and antique.Inside is not nice and scary. They actually need to renovate that hotel.The lift is very old and risky The location is not bad but it s along a motor way. Dangerous at nigth

NOTHING - BEWARE THIS HOTEL!!!

SCAM HOTEL! Stay away!! We went into our room and the air conditioner was broken and the fridge was broken when it was crazy hot! The room was very dirty and there was a fire exit stairs that led up straight next to our window, so was not safe at all to leave the window open, so with no air conditioner we could not get any air in the room. We went and complained but the man did not understand english.. which was understandable as we were in Italy, so we said we would checkout as we could not stay somewhere without air conditioning in summer and also no fridge for drinks etc. plus on way to open the window safely. We paid for a room with air conditioning and a fridge so that is what should have been provided. We were REFUSED a refund! Even though the fridge and air conditioner were broken!! We were at the hotel for 30 minutes and they charged us $600!!!! We complained to Bookings.com. and they were not able to refund us, and the lady at the hotel refused to refund us!! There is an AMAZING hotel just up the road at Hotel Kristal who were clean and everything worked!! Stay there if you need accommodation in this area! STAY AWAY from Hotel Ariane!!

Easy to reach location and parking. Place overall is ok, it seems run by a somewhat elderly couple and they are doing their best to help the clients.
