Zentral gelegen

Das Bad war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Fliesen waren klebrig und die Lüftung funktionierte nicht, was in einem Bad ohne Fenster ein Unding ist. Für ein 4-Sternehotel und einem Preis von 210 Euro ist das sehr traurig!

Personal absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend

Zimmer sehr abgewohnt und aus den 1970er, sehr starker Renovierungsstau im ganzen Haus, Treppe mal mit Teppich mal ohne (war wohl so alt das man ihn entfernt hat), Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut durch Bahn und Autos, Aufgrund der Lautstärke macht es keinen Sinn die Fenster zu öffnen und es ist somit absolut warm im Zimmer. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert für den Preis! Wo die 4 Sterne herkommen ist uns ein Rätsel, der 10€ Wasserkocher (ohne Tee oder Kaffee, was will man dann damit) und die Schuhputzmaschine hauen es nicht raus ;)

Es stand bei Booking (Private Parkplätze stehen an der Unterkunft (Reservierung ist nicht möglich) zur Verfügung und kosten € 15 pro Tag), dort vor Ort sind nur begrenzte Parkplätze vorhanden. Bei Ankunft gab es keine Parkplätze mehr. Man soll anders beschreiben bei Booking. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Gleise sind direkt neben dem Hotel. Es ist sehr laut im Zimmer in der Nacht. Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert. Beim Frühstück ist der Latte Macchiato nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Zum Preis den man bezahlt hat passt sowas absolut nicht. Die einzige Sache, die man loben kann, ist das Personal. Sie waren sehr höflich und nett.
