Friendly staff. Daily service. Good central location.

No way of contacting reception other than going downstairs. Smell of smoke in the rooms. Bath mats were stained. Didn’t know they didn’t have payWave which was inconvenient

Spa bath, fresh towels each day, good amount of rubbish bins, quiet space

Toilet lid screws loose and fell off twice. Hot tap in kitchen sink, caused hot water to come out of filter.

Good location, parking was easy and free!

The place is a little run down. Had an unpleasant smell, had to air the room out while we were out. The pool was not in a swimmable state during our stay. Was dirty and looks poorly maintained
