The manager is a really hard working and helpful guy, he got us checked-in and also arranged for our next day tours. The weather was really cold, but the room has all nice heaters and we couldn't feel the cold at all. The breakfast is good too. :)

"Rude Staff and Dirty"

Reception Staff Were So Rude, Rooms were Dirty, they were not accepting any complaim regarding their issues and they also threw us out of reception. They lie to people regarding tour packages they sell. They aren't trustworthy People becareful if you choose this hotel

A well-priced cosy hotel in the centre of town near all the attractions. The room was warm and well appointed. Tea, coffee and fresh water provided as well as all toiletries & slippers. Breakfast plentiful and fresh (self-service). Amazing to watch the hot air balloons from the upstairs terrace. There is a huge choice of accommodation in Cappadocia and rated 3* it well exceeded our expectations ... we will definitely stay again.
