Staff kindness, attentiveness and professionalism. Gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. It is very peaceful and the location is spot on!!

Well positioned.

We were in room 209. The room featured the cheapest possible furniture, the sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. The outdoor setting, again the cheapest you could find, was also dirty and the chairs were corroded. The outdoor furniture around the pools was again cheap and uncomfortable, pool tiles were breaking off. Generally this property needs a complete upgrade. The grounds were well kept but that’s about it. It had a caravan park feeling.

Managers were wonderful and accepting of my request to move rooms after arrival. Also sorted out a maintenance issue straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Complex is close to main strip of Noosaville, bus stop out front. 3 pools, however one requiring some minor maintenance. Apartments were large, and had everything we needed.

The property was clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. Close to the great Gympie Terrace restaurants and lovely river but easy walk to the heart of Noosa.

Pools could do with some maintenance.
