Loved how spacious the apartment was and the easy access and close location of the beach

Found it a little difficult to find the property when travelling on the main road, we drove straight past it a few times, also the second bathroom was not cleaned properly . There was rubbish left inside the cupboard from the previous tenants but overall the apartment was very clean and tidy.

I'm a person who cares deeply about sleep. The first night was uncomfortable because the bed sheets and pillowcases smelled musty. The master bedroom and the master bathroom, to my expectations, needed a deeper cleaning, as several areas looked very dirty.

The place was very nice.

Hard to get to beach from track. Very overgrown.

Good location for the beach - easy to walk to down the track. Good outdoor space, pool and tennis court and outside deck space. Handy for the central Peregian beach restaurants etc. only a short drive.

A few small details could have improved the stay bath plug, pillows general wear and tear type items but given the challenges of sea front saltiness / erosion it’s not unexpected for the area.

Great location, just minutes from the beach by walk. Great unit design with the dining area on the first floor and living quarters on the ground floor Everything that we needed in the kitchen was there (except for salt and pepper) and the place was clean

The general level of dirt that would end up on the floor. The floor would get messy and probably would benefit from a floor mat outside the unit and one inside. There were a few roaches active at night

Lovely location right by the beach. Quiet except for the sound of birds and sea.

Pool did not look inviting- required significant clean. Entrance to complex from main (busy) road is not easy to see.
