Literie confortable, chambre propre, petit-déjeuner très correct. Je tiens à souligner la grande qualité du service à la réception. Le personnel a fait preuve d’une réelle écoute et d’une grande souplesse, ce qui a rendu mon arrivée particulièrement agréable. On sent que le personnel est sincèrement engagé à offrir une expérience positive aux clients!

Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Oltre alla bella vista dalla finestra, la camera è il bagno spaziosi con dotazioni complete, compreso doppio cuscino.

It was a useful location for Annecy.

The accommodation was in an annexe to the hotel. The manager took ages to arrive, and said he'd texted me a code, which he hadn't. The room was very tired and basic. There was only a hand held shower over a bath, with no shower curtain, so it was difficult to shower., and the bed was too firm for me. It was a depressing place and not good value.
