Invernairne Guest House

Such a wonderful B&B. Great service and a lovely room-clean, quiet, and spacious. A wonderful breakfast buffet was included. The location is right on the water and you can walk down to the beach. There is an amazing sitting room and self serve bar where you track your own purchases. Nairn reminded me a lot of Pacific Grove, CA. This B&B even had a little putting green. It was a lovely stay and priced just right.

Breakfast was outstanding, staff is super-friendly, but the room was tiny.

Incredibly friendly staff. Beautiful manor overlooking the sea, well manicured lawns and gardens, full Scottish hot breakfast. I would recommend this to anyone.

Lovely large country house hotel right on the seashore with a path down to the oceanfront walkway. Beautiful views (a breakfast neighbor saw dolphins out in the water). Friendly staff (Sal), large public rooms, and a comfortable en-suite room. Easy walk to the high street of Nairn.

This spot is an absolute gem! Cannot say enough good things about our experience. It was perfect from beginning to end. The location is outstanding, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast they prepared and served was to die for! The manager Carol was extremely professional, super nice and overly accommodating! And Romana is such a wonderful and funny person. We enjoyed speaking with both of them so much during our stay. This was a short stop on a very long road trip around the UK for us, but this stop was by FAR one of our favorites and we are already planning our return trip in the Fall! Thank you Invernairne for making our 25th Anniversary Adventure even more spectacular and memorable! See you on the flip!

Stayed here for 1 night. Lovely place to stay room was clean and plenty of space. Short walk to local restaurants and 1 minute walk and your on the beach front. Breakfast was excellent.

I ended up having to book the small room as it was relatively last minute, however, the room was very cozy, bed was comfortable and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were very good. The breakfast offered in the morning was excellent and even had the added bonus of Stornoway Black Pudding. The hotel has a nice garden to relax in and is right next to the beach that you can enjoy in good weather. Will definitely be back next time in local area on business.

We were very excited to find this place last minute. It’s a very cool place, right on the water, very nice vibe. The only downside was some staff challenges and the lack of a fire pit, which seems like a huge missed opportunity. The first night, part of our group wanted to eat outside while most of us were inside. Rather than ask, they just kept bringing us all our dishes in to go boxes, even those of us inside. On a subsequent night, we ordered to go but made it back in time to enjoy the pub and eat inside. Despite multiple appeals, that we eat in the pub and order drinks from their bar, they now laid it down. Food in to go boxes cannot be inside. So we had to go eat in our room. On other occasions, the morning crew seemed a little impatient with the size of our group (9 of us) and the idea we weren’t all eating at the same time. If you are a small group, or just a couple, you should have a nice stay here.

Beautiful place to stay whilst exploring - staff were super helpful and the rooms are fabulous … The garden is stunning and views incredible .. thanks for a lovely stay.
