Invernairne Guest House

The property’s unique location, one house up a small hill from the beach but still overlooking it and with a path down to it, is great. Furnishings in the common areas are a little worn but the overall vibe is comfortable and cozy. Dining room is very nice and up-to-date. Staff is very nice and most helpful! Very quickly, you’ll feel at home. Good value.

I don't know when, but someday, my husband and I will be coming back and staying for much longer!!

Great access to the beach boardwalk and local restaurantes by foot. The lounge seating and breakfast area was very charming and comfortable. Would definitely choose Invernairne when visiting the area in the future.

We stayed here in the beginning of our trip and liked is so much that we returned for 2 more nights. We really love this Inn and will return again if we come back to Scotland in the future!

Cozy inn with very friendly staff and lovely bar area to relax in. Right on the water with access to the beach just a minute or so away. The beds and pillows were a bit firm, but otherwise everything was great!

We were welcomed by the Host and Hostess and felt at home from the minute we walked in the door! Location looks over the ocean with beach access from the property. We enjoyed our time so much we are going back before we leave Scotland!

It’s a very grand house and has a lovely old fashion feel to it. Only a stones throw away from the sea.

This was a great place to stay. The room had a wonderful view of the sea. We enjoyed sitting and visiting with other guests in the lounge. We enjoyed beverages from the honor bar and ordered a pizza delivered when we were too late to get into nearby restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with window seats overlooking the sea. Worth the money. Close to sites like Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns. Would stay here again.
