Bathroom is large

Unacceptable for a 4-star hostel! Cobwebs in every corner, dust, bugs in the room, a wasp nest outside the bathroom window, a shower full of mold and limescale, dirt stains... For what we paid, it's a real joke. Horrible hygiene conditions. Air conditioning is an extra charge.
