Decently walkable area. Free breakfast. Staff were friendly. A/C worked well.

- The bunk bed was not safe or stable for two adults. One of the support planks fell from the top bunk onto the person below. - The sheets had some stains on them. One pillowcase has a sizable blue stain. - The “shower head” was basically a garden hose sticking out of the shower ceiling.

we paid 2.000.000 COP for a 3 bed hotel room. in the room almost everything was broken, no hot water, no soap, no shampoo, electricity is jumping on and off. we asked the staff to wash our clothes after carnaval, they took the clothes to give it back to us the next day not washed !

We where here because of carnaval. So the hotel suited our expectations and goals. It is a bit old, but clean enough to be ok. Breakfast was oke, big room, very friendly staff, cold water.

Breakfast can be better and to do better with the rooms the place needs a renovation. But all fine!

The place is nothing like the pictures. They fisrt gave me a room that had no toilet sit ! Dirty floor and the fan looked like had never been cleaned before. The breakfast was poor. The overall experience was not great. The hotel needs way better cleaning and to be repainted. It looks like an abandoned place

Tres bon sejour dans cet établissement en pleine periode de carnaval. Tres bien situé et personnel tres sympathique et parlant anglais.

If you're looking for a room with a bed, a.c., and a t.v. then you've found the place. We came durring carnival so I don't know how accurate our stay would be compared a non holiday stay but it was okay. I would suggest skipping the free breakfast and finding a decent meal somewhere else and taking a taxi is cheaper than taking their airport shuttle.There was an extra $20 charge to use a credit card once we arrived, which would have been nice to know about beforehand. The staff was great and very helpful! If you're looking for a room with a bed and nice ppl than this is the place

The place is in excellent condition and good location, however there are stairs only no elevator and I was on the top (4th) floor--good exercise.
