No estaba la habitación reservada, el lugar tenía animales en las mesa y problemas eléctricos. El baño en la habitación estaba sucio, sin toallas. La habitación tenía un olor desagradable y pestilente. Tuvimos que salir inmediatamente a buscar otro lugar con el mínimo de limpieza. Finalmente, aunque avisamos la hora de llegada, a media noche nos dijeron que la habitación estaba siendo ocupada por varias personas seriamente intoxicadas, lo cual incurria en un riesgo biologico.

Es ist zu keiner Übernachtung gekommen. Überbucht. Man wollte mir ein Mehrbettzimmer mit Fan andrehen. Statt Doppelzimmer mit AC,obwohl monate im voraus gebucht. Aber bei dem Saustall auf dem Schreibtisch, würde ich auch nicht mehr Durchblick. Aber mit dem blöden Ausländer kann man es ja machen. Vergesst das, die sind völlig überfordert.

"Hostal muy céntrico con un personal muy atento, práctico para pasar la noche pero tiene instalaciones antiguas y mal cui"

La ubicación y el trato del personal.

Las fotos que enseñan no representan la realidad de la habitación que te puede tocar. Habitaciones pequeñas y sin luz natural , con ventiladores antiguos y ruidosos. Y la ducha era un chorro de agua como una manguera. Si hace calor es mejor usar el aire acondicionado por lo que te cobran un cargo extra.

No me gustó nada todo fue horrible

No me gustó nada todo fue horrible no me atendieron bien yo llegue y me dijeron que no estaban mis habitaciones no me solucionaron nada me tocó salir a buscar uno donde era un 31 de diciembre que no hay muchos hoteles disponibles el peor servicio que he tenido no recomiendo hospedarse aquí el señor que atiende es grosero yo dejé a mi familia sentada en la recepción mientras yo buscaba un hotel y me los saco diciendo que tenían que esperar afuera
