Perfect location right at central station. Room was great size, and I can particularly recommend wellness and sauna facilities. Overall great value!

Die fürstliche Atmosphäre in dem Hotel war sehr schön.

In der Lobby-Bar war abends kein einziges der drei vegetarischen Gerichte vorrätig, die in der Karte standen. Zum essen wurden wir auf den Bahnhofsvorplatz verwiesen. Das zwischenzeitlich kredenzte Getränk hat man uns beauftragt ins Zimmer zu bringen.

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer großzügig und bequem . Frühstück sehr gut und abends war das Restaurant geöffnet. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen.

Very convenient to the station and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast had everything we needed and it was nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

Everything was fine. The hotel seems a bit tired especially their towels but we slept well and had a good breakfast. I thought charging 10 euros per suitcase to store for a couple of hours was a bit rich.

The hotel was fabulous! It was very clean, very comfortable and the staff were extremely polite and helpful too. The hotel was full of charm and character and we were also very fortunate that one of the rooms we booked was upgraded to the Junior Suite room for the same fee. The breakfast was lovely and it was nice having a table per room. It was calm and quiet in the breakfast room, so a lovely way to start the day. The hotel was located opposite the train station, which was perfect for us as we were travelling on an interrailing trip and stopped over in Karlsruhe to break the journey. Although the hotel/train station is about a 25 minute walk from the old town and centre of Karlsruhe (or a short tram ride), unlike most towns and cities, the area by the train station seemed and felt the nicest part of the city. It was a lovely, clean and quiet location, and with the zoo directly over the road behind the hotel, it was a lovely environment and you could hear the animals from the room! Very cool! Thank you to the hotel for a lovely stay.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like at the hotel. The only thing that would be nice is a kettle in every room so that you can make a cup of tea in the evening.
