Freundliche betreiber.

Es gibt keine schlüssel für haustüre! Nach ca. 1h ist hotel geschlossen. Nach auschecken gibt es keine möglickeit sein gepäck in rezeption zu deponieren.

Apparently the building was built around 1300 and is covered by a heritage order. So there's loads of character but the owners are limited in the facilities they can build.

I had no issues.

Quiet, good mattress, central

La posizione dell' hotel è centralissima e comodissima da raggiungere seppur in pieno centro storico essendo a due passi da un grande parcheggio, la famiglia che gestisce la struttura è di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica e seppur essendo in un edificio storico situato tra i carrugi di Genova e quindi non dotato di tutti i confort che si possano trovare in un hotel moderno, ritengo che sia proprio questo il suo fascino e un'ottima scelta per chi si vuole vivere a pieno la città nella sua essenza. La stanza ed il bagno erano comunque di dimensioni più che giuste.

Superb, convenient location, easy to find. A very kind welcome, a clean and comfortable room, and some useful advice about what to see in the extraordinary ancient center of town. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, in harmony with the wonderful neighborhood, Major succeeds at presenting a tasteful use of limited space, so that you never feel cramped - on the contrary you are impressed with the aesthetics and historic surroundings.

Hôtel familial, propre et des gérants super sympathiques et très serviables. Malgré la canicule, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, au calme et au centre de Gênes. Je recommande !
