Just the location

Bed bugs crawling around, hope I don’t bring some with me home. Everyone was loud, not respecting silence, turning lights on at night. Some people seem to stay there for casual living.

Stench, overcrowded, uncleanliness, no organisation, I would strongly suggest everyone stay at a marae than here your experience in nz would be better structured, this experience is not what nz indigenous MAORI would expect we do not AWHi MANAAKI like this at all IT WAS A DISGRACE TO KNOW NZ HAS PAID ACCOMODATION LIKE THIS.

The hostel rooms need regular cleaning. Some guests leave clothes and socks scattered around, which causes a bad smell. Please arrange room cleaning and air freshener spray regularly. Everything else is fine.
