Zante Calinica Hotel

We had the room with a pool. The outside area and the pool was great!

The room was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. Dust, dirt and hair on the floors. Breakfast was included for us, not worth paying extra for.

A hospedagem é muito bem localizada, os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos e a acomodação é muito boa. Lugar tranquilo, perto de tudo e à vista é muito bonita

The staff were very good. The food, including breakfast, was very good. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels were provided every day. I admired the family that runs this hotel, very hard working and friendly.

The room was advertised as 'Deluxe Family Apartment', but we found it to be a regular hotel room with 2 extra beds, which to be fair, were comfortable. The electrical consumer unit was located next to one of the single beds, along with a wall socket which the fridge was plugged into. The room was located on the lower level, basement, of the hotel building, adjacent to wc facilities. Having a fridge in a room does not make it an apartment yet alone a 'Deluxe' one, in my opinion. Another factor I did not like was the taxi booked by the hotel on our departure was shared by another family, yet we still paid the full price of €30 per family for a 10/15 min journey to the airport.

Brilliant family run hotel. So welcoming and customer service was second to none. Room was huge, modern decor and spotless. Cleaned every morning whilst we were at breakfast. Good choice of hot and cold breakfast food and served until 10.30. Lovely pool and bar area and no sign of early morning towels. Special thanks to Dionysos for his help
