The breakfast is amazing, the hotel is beautiful and quite. Even not having the highest rooftop we were able to see the balloons in the morning. I would for sure return to Sato Cave

The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants in Goreme. The rooms had a cave feature which was unique.

There was no door for the bathroom and it kind of affects your privacy. There is no direct access to cars/vehicles at the entrance and you have to walk a steep way to get to the hotel.

🚨 THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚨 I regret booking this hotel. The owner is one of the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. He lacks basic communication skills and treats guests with blatant disrespect. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he resorts to childish insults and defensive outbursts. Even after my stay, his response to my honest review only proves my point. Rather than taking feedback constructively, he calls me "not normal" and "a strange person" while accusing me of lying. This is not how a professional should behave, let alone someone running a hospitality business. Instead of improving, he attacks guests who dare to express dissatisfaction. If you enjoy being insulted, disrespected, and treated like an inconvenience, feel free to book a stay here. But if you value good service, professionalism, and basic human decency, STAY FAR AWAY. 🚨 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 🚨

Instead of addressing concerns professionally, he throws tantrums, takes criticism personally, and calls guests liars. For someone claiming 20+ years in business, he lacks even the most basic customer service skills. He can’t even comprehend simple facts. I clearly stated we took the hot air balloon on the 6th, yet he keeps ranting about the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. His brilliant response to criticism? Calling people liars. That’s his entire defense. Expect zero professionalism, zero communication skills, and zero respect from this man. He even tried to compare a Turkish bath to a horse—yes, a horse—as if that makes any sense. Just because you know something doesn’t mean every tourist does. And let’s not forget his childish behavior. You’re over 50, yet you handle criticism worse than a tantrum-throwing toddler. Is this really how a business owner should act? Even a high school student would show more professionalism. Only after staying here did I realize just how rude, unprofessional, and uncultured this man is. But don’t worry—I’ll make sure everyone knows. If you enjoy being insulted, disrespected, and treated like garbage, then go ahead and book. But if you have any self-respect, STAY FAR AWAY. 🚨 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! 🚨

"A four (4) night stay in Kapadokya"

- A very comfy bed, - We were allowed to have a late check-out without extra cost, at 14pm rather than 11am, - Hotel Manager recommended us excellent restaurants and arranged an external rental car for a reasonable daily price, - The room looked like in the pictures, - Good breakfast, especially tomatoes and bread.
